An Executive Chef background with a wealth of culinary knowledge, and proven management skills, acquired over a 20-year career in world-class resorts / hotels / clubs and restaurants. In 2009, Asif arrived in Vietnam and took the position of Executive Chef of Park Hyatt Saigon for 05 years.
Asif’s passion resonates in creating F&B outlets with varying concepts that offer a fun, intimate, and memorable dining experience with the focus on high-quality food standards and friendly customer-oriented service.
